  • Late payments may result in work suspension or project delays.
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final agreed deliverables.
  • Tasken Lab retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools, and internal systems
  • Tasken Lab retains rights to reusable components and general know-how
  • We may showcase completed projects (without sensitive data) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. AI & Automation Disclaimer

  • AI systems may produce outputs based on probabilities and available data.
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated results.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving AI outputs before business use.
  • Tasken Lab is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.

8. Data Security & Confidentiality

  • We take reasonable measures to protect client data.
  • Confidential information shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
  • Clients are responsible for compliance with local data protection laws applicable to their business.

Upon termination, completed work up to that point remains payable.
